I've been making cars look better since I was a kid with a bottle of my mom's nail polish and a hot wheels car. I grew up in Tacoma Washington and have been fascinated by cars all my life. When I wasn't racing BMX or drawing I was conning my dad in to taking me to drag races and car shows. From an early age I knew all the car makes and models and was obsessed with the thought of all things cars. There was no "Overhaulin'" back in the day so I did my own thing with model cars and my own custom paint jobs. My obsession with cars lead me to art school where I laid a foundation for my future. After graduating from design school with a degree in visual communication I decided to follow in the foot steps of my mentors Thom Taylor, Steve Stanford and Chip Foose whose work I admired in all the magazines from an early age. Now I'm fortunate to share the pages of all my favorite magazines with the pioneers that helped create the industry that I now excel in.
I stay on top of the automotive industry and fuel my passion by attending all the biggest shows around the country including SEMA, Detroit Autorama, Barrett-Jackson, and many of the Good Guys' Shows all over the country every year. This allows me to stay ahead of the latest trends and flow my industry knowledge into all of my designs.
My passion is drawing and cars. The combination of my passions is my life.
